1. At EPSCA level we have Under 9, Under 11 and Under 11 Girls County Teams. Our schools enter the National Schools competition run by EPSCA every year.
2 There are weekend congresses in Exeter and Torbay. There is theweek long Paignton Congress and some other open rapidplays run mainly by clubs.
3 We run junior events at rapidplay time controls for U-14s, U-12s,U-11s, U-10s, U-9s & U-8s. There are three events in the Autumn term, three plus the county trials in the Spring term and two events inthe Summer term. There are also chess holiday camps run by Tim Onions and chess training days run by Victor Cross.
